بيان اوفيد - باريس ٩ فبراير٢٠١٣ - زيارة حسين جوهر لفرنسا استقبلت منظمة فرنكو ايجبسيان لحقوق الانسان - اوفيد - بفرنسا السيد حسين جوهر عضو مؤسس وامين العلاقات الخارجية للحزب الديمقراطي المصري الاجتماعي لمدة يومين من ٦ الي ٨ فبراير. وعقدت عدة اجتماعات في باريس تم فيها التقاء السيد جوهر مع العديد من الساسة الفرنسيين. من بينهم رؤساء مجموعات صداقة فرنسا ومصر من مجلس الشيوخ والبرلمان الفرنسي ، ونائب مدير الشرق الأوسط في وزارة الخارجية، ومنسق الشؤون الدولية في الحزب الاشتراكي الفرنسي ، ومستشار الشرق الأوسط والبحر الأبيض المتوسط لمؤسسة جان جوريس . وقدم السيد جوهر الوضع الحالي بانتهاك حقوق الإنسان، والقوة الغاشمة ضد المتظاهرين السلميين والاغتصاب الجماعي المنظم للنساء. كما ذكر مطالب الحزب بإعادة مواد الدستور وتغييرالقوانين الانتخابية بما في ذلك تحديد حصص للنساء والأقباط. واشار الى موافقة الرئيس مرسي على المراقبة الدولية للانتخابات البرلمانية ، لكنه أصر على أن يسبق ذلك بقانون يسمح حضور مراحل العد النهائية ويمكن الدخول في أي مركز اقتراع في أي وقت، وليس في مكاتب مختارة وفي ساعات محددة، وإلا فإن المراقبة ستكون سلبية بالمساهمة في إضافة شرعية على النتائج. وقد اعرب معظم السياسيين الفرنسيين عن القلق ازاء الوضع الراهن وتعهدهم بدعم ومساعدة مصر لتحقيق ديمقراطية حقيقية. جون ماهر، رئيس المنظمة - وايفين نجا ، شؤون العلاقات السياسية
OFEDH Statement - Paris 9th February 2013 - Visit of Hussein GOHAR to France
The Franco-Egyptian Organization for Human Rights OFEDH, received in France Mr. Hussein GOHAR Founding member and International Secretary of
ESDP Egyptian Social Democratic Party from 6th to 8th February. Several meetings were organized in Paris for Mr. GOHAR who met with many French politicians. Among them are the Presidents of France-Egypt Friendship Groups at the French Senate and the National Assembly, the Middle East Deputy Director at the Foreign Affairs Ministry, the International Division Coordinator of the Socialist Party, and the Mediterranean Middle East Advisor of Jean-Jaures Foundation.
Mr. GOHAR presented the current situation of human rights violation, the brutal force against peaceful protestors accompanied by organized gang-raping of women. He recalled the ESDP request of readapting the constitution and modifying the election laws including setting quotas for women and Copts. He mentioned President Morsi agreement on international observation of the upcoming parliamentary election but insisted that this must be superseded by a law that allows attending the last stages of counting and to enter any station any time, and not preselected stations for fixed hours, otherwise this could be counterproductive by legitimizing the results. Most of the French Politicians expressed their worry about the current situation, and promised their support to help Egypt reaching a true democracy. Communiqué de l’OFEDH - Paris le 9 février 2013 – Visite de Hussein GOHAR en FranceL'Organisation Franco-Egyptienne pour les Droits de l’Homme OFEDH, a reçu en France M. Hussein GOHAR membre fondateur et Secrétaire International du ESDP Egyptian Social Democratic Party du 6 au 8 Février. Plusieurs réunions ont été organisées à Paris pour M. GOHAR qui a rencontré de nombreux responsables politiques français. Parmi eux, les présidents des groupes d'amitié France-Egypte au Sénat et à l'Assemblée Nationale, le Sous-directeur du Moyen-Orient au Ministère des Affaires Etrangères, le Coordinateur de la Division Internationale du Parti Socialiste, et le Conseiller pour le Moyen-Orient Méditerranée de la Fondation Jean-Jaurès. M. GOHAR a présenté la situation actuelle de violation des droits de l'homme, la force brutale contre les manifestants pacifiques accompagnés de viols collectifs organisés de femmes. Il a rappelé les demandes du ESDP de réadapter la constitution et de modifier les lois électorales, y compris l'établissement des quotas pour les femmes et les Coptes. Il a mentionné l’accord du Président Morsi sur l'observation internationale des prochaines élections parlementaires, mais a insisté pour que celle-ci soit précédée par une loi qui permet d’assister aux dernières étapes de comptage et de permettre d'entrer dans n'importe quelle bureau de vote à tout moment, et non dans des bureaux présélectionnés à des heures fixes, sinon cela sera contre-productif en légitimant les résultats. La plupart des hommes politiques français ont exprimé leur inquiétude à propos de la situation actuelle, et ont promis leur soutien pour aider l'Égypte à atteindre une véritable démocratie.
